(Hotel Concession) (Revocation)
Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61(1) of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Planning (Hotel Concession) (Revocation) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.
Revocation
2.  The Planning (Hotel Concession) Rules (R 8) are revoked.
Made on 4 July 2022.
