Town Councils Act
(Chapter 329A)
Town Council of Jalan Besar (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(1) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Jalan Besar hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Jalan Besar (Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment No. 2) By-laws 2008 and shall come into operation on 7th November 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Jalan Besar (Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 71) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:
“
3A. 3-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat
$60
$43.
”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 4, the following item:
“
4A. 4-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat
$70
$61.
”;
(c)by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
“
5A. 5-room Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme flat
$78.
 
”.
