(Part 5A Miscellaneous Revocations)
Rules 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40D of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Planning (Part 5A Miscellaneous Revocations) Rules 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.
Revocation
2.  The following Rules are revoked:
(a)the Planning (Temporary Development Levy) Rules (R 9);
(b)the Planning (Temporary Development Levy — Exemption) Rules (R 10);
(c)the Planning (Deferment of Payment of Temporary Development Levy by Charities) Rules 2016 (G.N. No. S 46/2016).
