Wholesome Meat and Fish
(Fees) (Amendment)
Rules 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Wholesome Meat and Fish Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2011 and shall come into operation on 15th October 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Wholesome Meat and Fish (Fees) Rules 2006 (G.N. No. S 459/2006) is amended by deleting item 5 and substituting the following item:

5.	Permit to slaughter sheep, goats or pigs other than at a licensed slaughter-house

Section 13 of the Act

$25 per permit plus a fee of $5 per animal slaughtered
