Shared Mobility Enterprises
(Control and Licensing) Act (Amendment of
Schedule — Saving and Transitional
Provisions) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(3) of the Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) Act 2020, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) Act (Amendment of Schedule — Saving and Transitional Provisions) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 February 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 4, the following paragraph:

“5. Every standard of performance that —

(a)	is approved or issued under section 8N of the Parking Places Act before 22 July 2020; and
(b)	is in force immediately before that date,

is, so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, to continue as if it is a standard of performance issued by the LTA under section 24(1).”.
