(Designation of Special Developments)
(Amendment) Order 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1)(b) of the Infrastructure Protection Act 2017, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Order is the Infrastructure Protection (Designation of Special Developments) (Amendment) Order 2022 and, except for paragraph 3, comes into operation on 1 August 2022.
(2)  Paragraph 3 is deemed to have come into operation on 31 December 2021.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  In paragraph 2 of the Infrastructure Protection (Designation of Special Developments) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 819/2018) (definition of “floor area”), replace “rule 2(1) of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (Cap. 232, R 5)” with “rule 2 of the Planning (Development) Rules 2008 (G.N. No. S 113/2008)”.
Miscellaneous amendments
3.  In the Infrastructure Protection (Designation of Special Developments) Order 2018 —
(a)in paragraph 2 (definition of “Master Plan”), replace “(Cap. 232)” with “1998”; and
(b)in paragraph 3(a), after “Planning Act”, insert “1998”.
