Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Singapore University of Technology and Design Act 2011, the Minister for Education hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Singapore University of Technology and Design Act (Commencement) Notification 2011.
2.  The Singapore University of Technology and Design Act 2011 shall come into operation on 18th October 2011.
