(Exemption) (No. 45)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 45) Notification 2012.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Sengkang Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee and People’s Association Active Ageing Council (referred to in this Notification as “the organisers”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “PA Active Agers’ Mind Games (Mahjong) Challenge 2012” to be held on 25th November 2012 from 12 noon to 10 p.m. at the multi‑purpose hall of Sengkang Community Club.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organisers with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
