(Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Voluntary Sterilization (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Voluntary Sterilization (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Voluntary Sterilization (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 31st December 2012.
