Companies (Winding Up)
(Amendment) Rules 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of the Companies Act, the Rules Committee, constituted under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322), hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) These Rules may be cited as the Companies (Winding Up) (Amendment) Rules 2013.

(2) Rule 2(a) shall be deemed to have come into operation on 28th May 2002.

(3) Rule 2(b) shall come into operation on 15th October 2013.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Companies (Winding Up) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “4” in the last column of item 7 and substituting “10”; and
(b)	by deleting item 10.
