Limited Liability Partnerships (Winding Up)
(Amendment) Rules 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act, the Rules Committee, constituted under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Cap. 322), hereby makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnerships (Winding Up) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 15th October 2013.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Winding Up) Rules (R 2) is amended by deleting item 9.
