(Exemption) (No. 8)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 8) Notification 2016.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Chinese New Year Paiza Lucky Draw” promotion to be held on 12 February 2016 and 13 February 2016; and
(b)	the draw to be held as part of that promotion at the Casino Atrium 2 of Marina Bay Sands at 12.01 a.m. on 13 February 2016.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
