(Amendment) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order is the Remote Gambling (Info‑communications Media Development Authority — Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Info‑communications Media Development Authority — Exemption) Order 2020 (G.N. No. S 913/2020) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (c) of the definition of “draw”, the following paragraphs:

“(d)	23 March 2021;
(e)	27 April 2021;
(f)	31 May 2021;”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “31 January 2021” in the definition of “promotion” and substituting the words “30 April 2021”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Info‑communications Media Development Authority — Exemption) Order 2020 is amended by deleting the words “25 May 2021” and substituting the words “1 September 2021”.
