Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 24th September 2004.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. Item 2 in the Fifth Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:

“2. Section 3 of the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Act (Cap. 189) and rules 9 and 10 of the Motor Vehicles (Third-Party Risks and Compensation) Rules (Cap. 189, R 1).”.
