Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item (9) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is amended by deleting paragraph 1 and the plan and substituting the following paragraph and plan:

All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (TANJONG PAGAR TERMINAL AND KEPPEL TERMINAL)” containing an area of approximately 1,873,459 square metres and bounded by Telok Blangah Road, Keppel Road, East Coast Parkway, East Lagoon and Keppel Harbour.
