(Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations)
(Amendment) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15 (6A), 25(1) and 77(2)(k) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Central Provident Fund Board hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2001.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Central Provident Fund (Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations) Rules (R 8) is amended by deleting the words “the form” and substituting the words “Form A or 1A”.

Amendment of Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Central Provident Fund (Minimum Sum Scheme Nominations) Rules is amended by renumbering the form as “Form A”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following Form:
