(Exemption) (No. 58)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 58) Notification 2015.

Exemption

2.—(1) The Minister exempts Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. from the provisions of the Act in respect of —

(a)	the “Tides of Fortune” promotion to be held from 16 October 2015 to 6 December 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(b)	the “Instant Win” peel‑off card game to be held as part of that promotion at any Sands Rewards Club counter within the premises of the casino of Marina Bay Sands from 26 October 2015 to 6 December 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(c)	the “Daily Match & Win Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. daily from 26 October 2015 to 5 December 2015 (both dates inclusive);
(d)	the “Weekly Surprise Lucky Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands at 8.30 p.m. on 1 November 2015, 8 November 2015, 15 November 2015, 22 November 2015, 29 November 2015 and 6 December 2015, respectively; and
(e)	the “Tides of Fortune Finale Lucky Draw” to be held as part of that promotion at the Main Casino Floor (Level B2M) at Marina Bay Sands at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. on 6 December 2015.

(2) The exemption is subject to compliance by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
