Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 13) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definitions of “tourist hotel”, “tourist food establishment” and “tourist public house” in section 2 of the Singapore Tourism (Cess Collection) Act, and by virtue of the Delegation of Powers (Consolidation) Notification (Cap.1, N 9), the Minister of State for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) (Amendment No. 13) Notification 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 16th December 1999.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Singapore Tourism (Tourist Hotels, Tourist Food Establishments and Tourist Public Houses) Notification (N 1) is amended by deleting the words “Guest Houses” in item (71) and substituting the word “Inn”.
