Free Trade Zones Act
(Chapter 114)
Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) (Amendment) Notification 2000
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) (Amendment) Notification 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2001.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) Notification (N 4) is amended by deleting sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“(2)  Jurong Port Pte Ltd is hereby appointed as the authority to administer, maintain and operate the Port of Singapore (Jurong Port) — Free Trade Zone.”.
