Administer Free Trade Zones)
(Amendment) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Free Trade Zones Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 13 August 2021.

Amendment of paragraph 2

2. Paragraph 2(1) of the Free Trade Zones (Appointment of Authorities to Administer Free Trade Zones) Notification (N 4) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub‑paragraph (e); and

(b)

by deleting the full‑stop at the end of sub‑paragraph (f) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub‑paragraph:

“(g)	the Tuas Port — Free Trade Zone.”.
