Exchange Control (Continuance of Act) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Exchange Control Act, the Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Exchange Control (Continuance of Act) Notification 1998.
Continuance of Act
2.  The period during which the Act shall remain in force is extended to 31st December 2003.
