Executive Condominium Housing Scheme
(Eligibility) (Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme (Eligibility) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and are deemed to have come into operation on 11 September 2019.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme (Eligibility) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting the words “does not exceed $14,000” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “, as at the date of making the application to purchase the housing accommodation, does not exceed $16,000”.
