(Control of Advertisements and Sale)
(Limits on Certain Substances) (Amendment)
(Revocation) Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 15(2) and 37(1) of the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Limits on Certain Substances) (Amendment) (Revocation) Regulations 2011.
Revocation
2.  The Tobacco (Control of Advertisements and Sale) (Limits on Certain Substances) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 688/2010) are revoked.
Made this 28th day of October 2011.
