Planning (Development Charge — Exemption)
(Amendment) Rules 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(1) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Planning (Development Charge — Exemption) (Amendment) Rules 2015 and come into operation on 16 October 2015.

Amendment of rule 10

2. Rule 10(2) of the Planning (Development Charge — Exemption) (Amendment) Rules (R 6) is amended by deleting the words “the development of land is authorised” and substituting the words “the development of land commences or is authorised”.
