Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel
Boards) (Amendment) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1) and (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President, on the advice of the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr Teo Chee Hean, who is charged with the responsibility for the portfolio of the Prime Minister as regards human resource management in the Civil Service, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment) Order 2018 and, except for paragraph 2(b), comes into operation on 4 January 2018.

(2) Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 1 February 2018.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 6 of the Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order 2010 (G.N. No. S 824/2010) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the name “Mr Tan Tee How” in the third column, the name “Mr Neo Kian Hong”; and
(b)	by deleting the name “Mr Tan Tee How” in the third column.
