(Approved Institutions) (No. 3)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 3) Notification 2015 and shall come into operation on 8 February 2015.

Approved institution

2. The Minister hereby approves St. Andrew’s Senior Care Joy Connect for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 8 February 2015.
