of Liberia and Connected Persons)
(Revocation) Regulations 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27A(1)(b) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Freezing of Assets of Former President of Liberia and Connected Persons) (Revocation) Regulations 2016 and are deemed to have come into operation on 2 September 2015.

Revocation

2. The Monetary Authority of Singapore (Freezing of Assets of Former President of Liberia and Connected Persons) Regulations 2004 (G.N. No. S 260/2004) are revoked.
