In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 2018 and is deemed to have come into operation on 1 January 2018.

Amendment of paragraph 3

2. Paragraph 3(17) of the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) Order (O 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting sub‑paragraphs (a), (b) and (h);
(b)	by inserting the word “and” at the end of sub‑paragraph (f); and
(c)	by deleting the word “; and” at the end of sub‑paragraph (g) and substituting a comma.
