Broadcasting (Exemption) (Amendment)
Order 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Broadcasting Act, the Minister for Communications and Information hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into operation on 15 September 2014.
Amendment of paragraph 1
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Broadcasting (Exemption) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Notification (N 1)” in sub‑paragraph (f), the words “or subject to a notice under paragraph 3A(1) of that Notification”.
Deletion of paragraph 2
3.  Paragraph 2 of the Broadcasting (Exemption) Order is deleted.
