Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes
(Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 14)
Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) (Amendment No. 14) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 19 October 2015.

Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule

2. Part 1 of the Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Medifund Committees) Order 2015 (G.N. No. S 361/2015) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “Assisi Home and Hospice Medifund Committee” in the first column of item 5 and substituting the words “Assisi Hospice Medifund Committee”;
(b)	by deleting the words “Peacehaven Nursing Home for the Aged Medifund Committee” in the first column of item 30 and substituting the words “Peacehaven Nursing Home Medifund Committee”; and
(c)	by deleting the words “Singapore Christian Home for the Aged Medifund Committee” in the first column of item 32 and substituting the words “Singapore Christian Home Medifund Committee”.
