(Reciprocal Enforcement) Act
(Commencement) Notification 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1) of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act (Commencement) Notification 2016.
2.  Section 19(1) of the Maintenance Orders (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act comes into operation on 1 January 2017.
