House to House and
Street Collections
(Amendment) Regulations 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the House to House and Street Collections Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the House to House and Street Collections (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2nd July 2013.

Amendment of regulation 13

2. Regulation 13 of the House to House and Street Collections Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting the words “Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore” in paragraph (a)(ii) and substituting the words “Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (formerly known as the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore)”.
