Infectious Diseases Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Infectious Diseases Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 1 February 2019.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Infectious Diseases Act is amended —
(a)by deleting item 11; and
(b)by deleting paragraphs (b) and (d) of item 30.
