(Exemption from section 43)
(Revocation) Order 2021
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 62 of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, the Personal Data Protection Commission, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Personal Data Protection (Exemption from section 43) (Revocation) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 February 2021.
Revocation
2.  The Personal Data Protection (Exemption from section 43) Order 2013 (G.N. No. S 817/2013) is revoked.
