(Approved Institutions) (No. 5)
Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (No. 5) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 22 September 2014.

Approved institution

2. The Minister hereby approves Silver Circle (Toa Payoh) for the purposes of Part II of the Act, with effect from 22 September 2014.
