(Exemption) (No. 40)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 40) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts the Singapore Turf Club from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Golden Chance Draw” promotion to be held on 13th November 2011 and the draw on 14th November 2011 at 3.00 p.m. at the Auditorium (Grandstand Level 2) of the Singapore Racecourse.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the Singapore Turf Club with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
