(Amendment of First Schedule)
Notification 2015
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43(a) of the Extradition Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Extradition Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 28 October 2015.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part I of the First Schedule to the Extradition Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 30, the following item:
31.The recruitment, transport, transfer, harbouring or receipt, for the purpose of exploitation —
(a)of any individual below the age of 18 years; or
(b)of any other individual, by means of the threat or use of force (or any other form of coercion), abduction, fraud, deception, the abuse of power, the abuse of the position of vulnerability of the individual, or the giving or receipt of money or other benefits to secure the consent of a person having control over that individual.”.
