(Exemption) (No. 48)
Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 48) Notification 2012.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Frasers Centrepoint Property Management Services Pte Ltd (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Frasers Centrepoint Malls Share to Care Donation Drive” promotion to be held from 14th December 2012 to 22nd February 2013 (both dates inclusive) and the draw to be held on 24th February 2013 at 2 p.m. at Causeway Point.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions stated in the Schedule.
