Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at
Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints)
(Amendment) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 February 2018.

Amendment of rule 3

2. Rule 3 of the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules (R 12) is amended —

(a)	by deleting sub-paragraph (aa) of paragraph (1); and
(b)	by deleting sub-paragraph (aa) of paragraph (2).

Amendment of Schedule

3. Parts I and II of the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules are deleted and the following Part substituted therefor:

“Part I

Toll payable at the Woodlands Checkpoint for using the Johore Bahru — Woodlands Causeway to leave Singapore —
