In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (Consolidation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 15th December 2009.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (9) in the Schedule to the Protected Places (Consolidation) Order (O 4) is amended —

(a)

by deleting paragraph 2 and the plan for PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (MULTI-PURPOSE TERMINAL);

(b)

by deleting the words “Director (Corporate Development), PSA Corporation Limited” in the first column of paragraphs 3 and 5 and substituting in each case the words “Senior Terminals Security Manager, PSA Corporation Limited”;

(c)

by deleting paragraph 4 and the plan and substituting the following paragraph and plan:

4.	PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (BRANI TERMINAL).

All that area occupied by “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (BRANI TERMINAL) — PROTECTED PLACE” containing an area of approximately 861,550 square metres and bounded by Keppel Channel and Selat Sengkir.

The boundary commences at the north-westernmost corner of the aforesaid “PSA CORPORATION LIMITED (BRANI TERMINAL) — PROTECTED PLACE” which point’s co-ordinates are North 27,282.754 metres and East 26,954.037 metres of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum and runs approximately as follows:
