| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Infectious Diseases (Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019) (Amendment No. 8) Regulations 2021 and come into operation on 19 August 2021. |
| Amendment of regulation 2 |
| 2. Regulation 2(1) of the Infectious Diseases (Mass Gathering Testing for Coronavirus Disease 2019) Regulations 2021 (G.N. No. S 273/2021) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting the word “Major” in paragraph (d) of the definition of “Control Order”. |
| Amendment of Part 1 of Second Schedule |
| 3. Item 8(b) of Part 1 of the Second Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the word “Major” in the first column (titled “Restricted Place”). |
| Amendment of Part 2 of Second Schedule |
| 4. Paragraph 1 of Part 2 of the Second Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the word “Major” in paragraph (c) of the definition of “religious gathering”. |
