Pricing System Charges) (No. 2)
Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(2) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Temporary Reduction of Electronic Road Pricing System Charges) (No. 2) Order 2011.

Temporary reduction of charges

2. For the period 19th November 2011 to 31st December 2011 (both dates inclusive), the road-user charges payable under the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2011 (G.N. No. S 97/2011) (referred to as the principal Rules) in respect of any motor vehicle ridden, driven or moved into a specified entry point on any specified road set out in the First to the Tenth Schedules shall be reduced wholly or in part at the times and to the extent specified in the second column of those Schedules.
