Notification 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Immigration (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2012.
2.  The Immigration (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 19th December 2012.
