Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) Notification 2007.
Authorised use of certain vehicles
2.  The vehicles bearing the special purpose licence numbers as specified in Part I of the Schedule and which do not comply with —
(a)the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules (R 9); and
(b)the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Lighting) Rules (R 10),
are authorised for use on the public roads specified in Part II thereof on 25th November 2007 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

Made this 15th day of November 2007.
