Public Transport Council Act 1987
(Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Public Transport Council Act 1987, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Public Transport Council Act 1987 (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 13 September 2023.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. In the Public Transport Council Act 1987, in the Third Schedule —

(a)	replace the formula with “0.5 cCPI + 0.4 WI + 0.1 EI − 0.1% + 1.1%”; and
(b)	in sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), replace “2021” with “2022”.
