(Amendment) Rules 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 135(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 February 2018.

Amendment of rule 2

2. Rule 2 of the Road Traffic (Composition of Offences) Rules (R 29) is amended by inserting, immediately after “5(6),” in paragraph (a), “5A(3), 5B(2),”.
