Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(2) of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Fifth Schedule) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2010.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  Item 5 in the Fifth Schedule to the Land Transport Authority of Singapore Act is deleted and the following item substituted therefor:
“5.  All provisions of the Road Traffic Act (Cap. 276) and any subsidiary legislation made thereunder which are carried out or administered by the Authority, and —
(a)section 120(3) of that Act — in relation to a contravention of any traffic sign prohibiting or restricting the parking, stopping or waiting of vehicles on roads; and
(b)section 143(8) of that Act — in relation to a failure to comply with any condition imposed by the Authority on a permit granted under that section.”.
