(Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 3)
Order 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Active Mobility Act 2017, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2019 and comes into operation on 18 September 2019.

Amendment of Third Schedule

2. The Third Schedule to the Active Mobility (Shared Paths) Order 2018 (G.N. No. S 260/2018) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “1.20” in item 67 and substituting “2.00”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 96, the following item:

“97.	Park Connector at Outdoor Play Corridor (approximately 4.20 kilometres in length) starting at East Coast Parkway, running along Bedok South Avenue 1, New Upper Changi Road and Bedok North Avenue 1 and ending at Bedok Reservoir Road.”.
