(Exemption) (No. 43)
Notification 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 43) Notification 2011.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Royal Plaza on Scotts (referred to in this Notification as “the organiser”) from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Jollyland Charity Lucky Draw” to be held from 28th November 2011 to 5th January 2012 (both dates inclusive) at the Royal Plaza on Scotts lobby.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by the organiser with the conditions stated in the Schedule.
