Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act
(Amendment of First Schedule)
Notification 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2015 and comes into operation on 4 November 2015.

Amendment of Part I of First Schedule

2. Item 28 of Part I of the First Schedule to the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is amended by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(c)	Toppan Security Printing Pte. Ltd.;”.
